Welcome to Blue House Arts Summer Camps 2026!

This year, we will have a total of 3 weeks of camps, from June 16th to July 10:

• Session 1 - MUSICAL THEATER : Harry Potter - June 15- June 19 (Mon - Fri)

• Session 2 - MUSICAL THEATER : Charlie and the Chocolate Factory- June 22 - June 26 (Mon - Fri)

• Session 3 - COMEDY CAMP: Snow White and the Seven Eejits - July 6- July 10 (Mon - Fri)

All camps are 9:00am - 2:00pm, Monday-Thursday, Friday 9:00-4:00 with a performance on Friday at 3:00pm.

Fee for each week of camp is $420.00

Harry Potter

If you like Harry Potter, this show is for you! This fun filled spoof has all the familiar characters including the mischievous house elves. I have also added a few funny songs. Together we will construct props, scenery, and costumes. Our exciting show will be performed on Friday at 3:00.

This is the familiar story from the classic book, with some songs added from the movie. No one writes better characters than Raul Dahl! Together we will construct the props, scenery, and costumes. Our show will be performed on Friday at 3:00.

Comedy Camp

Snow White and the Seven Eejits
July 6 - July 10 (Mon - Fri)
$420.00
Do you like to make people laugh? Then come join us in a hilarious British take on this familiar fairytale. Classic comedy skits and jokes will also be performed. Budding comedians will learn how to do pratfalls and double takes, develop funny characters, and deliver jokes using comedic timing. The culminating show will be on Friday at 3:00.

9:00-9:45 - Morning Meeting, Theater games, improvisation, and warm-ups
9:45-10:30 - Rehearsal I
10:30-11:00 - Snack (brought from home) and free time
11:00-12:00 - Rehearsal II
12:00–12:45 - Lunch (brought from home) and free time
12:45-2:00 - Make props, costume pieces, and scenery, closing circle

Blue House Arts Winter Camp is dedicated to helping children express themselves through art in order to reach their creative potential. Taught by Ellen Gill, a a Credentialed Elementary School Teacher, who has 35 years experience as a children’s theater teacher, actress, singer, and classroom teacher. Classes are held at her home in Mar Vista at 3670 Wade St. LA, 90066. There is a large back, side and front yard with a simple stage and curtain. The yard has ample shade, tables, and a work area loaded with craft supplies.

Blue House Arts reserves the right to cancel class if enrollment is below 8 campers per session. In this case, Blue House Arts will refund payment in full.
